No-cost groups for those affected by the Palisades and Altadena Fires, led by Lori Sunkin, MA, MFT. Lori provides a safe space for individuals to process their emotions and gain support.

Wednesdays at 4 PM PST

Free 6-week support group that explores topics of grief, stress-management, self-compassion, navigating toxic positivity, building resilience, and moving towards acceptance.
