FEDERAL PROGRAMS
Provides financial and direct services to eligible individuals and households affected by a disaster and who have uninsured or under-insured necessary expenses and serious needs.
Offers low-interest disaster loans to homeowners and renters in a declared major disaster area. You don’t need to own a business to apply for SBA assistance.
SBA'S three types of loans:

Home Disaster Loans: Loans to homeowners or renters to repair or replace disaster-damaged real estate and personal property, including automobiles.

Business Physical Disaster Loans: Loans to businesses to repair or replace disaster-damaged property owned by the business, including real estate, inventories, supplies, machinery and equipment. Businesses of any size are eligible. Private, non-profit organizations such as charities, churches, private universities, etc., are also eligible.

Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL): Working capital loans to help small businesses, small agricultural cooperatives, small businesses engaged in aquaculture, and most private, non-profit organizations of all sizes meet their ordinary and necessary financial obligations that cannot be met as a direct result of the disaster. These loans are intended to assist through the disaster recovery period.

ALL CREATIVE DISCIPLINES
Offers relief support for artists of all disciplines impacted by the Altadena fires. Simply fill out form to assess your specific needs.
*To ensure fair distribution, must provide verification of residency in an affected area.
FOR BLACK WOMEN CREATIVES
A financial solidarity database for Black women creatives affected by the Los Angeles fires and in need of assistance. Includes form that can be shared with other organizations with resources.
ASSISTANCE FOR FOOD & BEVERAGE WORKERS
Offers grants between $350 and $1,500 based on need and available funding to restaurant workers impacted by the Los Angeles fires.
Applicants must provide:

proof of residency (utility bill, mortgage, etc.)

proof of hardship (insurance claim, notice from employer, police report, etc.)

*Application is available in English and Spanish.
OTHER ASSISTANCE
Offers $100 vouchers per person per household to The Council Shop stores for displaced individuals and families.
